Re: Important outsourcing info
Hello,
Marlon here.
Below is an email I received from Dennis Becker.
Dennis is a great guy and marketer. And he's really rocking
out on his outsourcing. The value of the content on this
and the price can't be beat so I HAD to pass it along to
you via my affiliate link, naturally!
But I negotiated for you the SAME price Dennis gave his
customers for a few days. This price literally ends
Friday.
Dennis doesn't produce junk. His products and info are
top drawer.....
----------------- Here's Dennis' Email -------------------
Have you noticed that I've been publishing a lot more new books
lately? Here's how and why:

I used to be the type of person who had to do everything himself.
I didn't want to give up control, or let others access confidential
information, or get a clue as to what I had up my sleeve for future
products.
And then I realized a few things...
There are things I'm not good at.
There are things I don't like to do, so having to do them cause me
to procrastinate, and my inner soul to scream in agony.
There are things that I don't want to do because I have better
things to do.
There are things that I could do myself but take me way too long
because I don't have the proper tools.
Other people know more than I know, notice things that I don't
notice, see things in different and amazingly wonderful ways than
I see things.
And more than anything, I only get 24 hours in the day, so the
old me couldn't do everything that I wanted to do, like relaxing
and recharging and having a life.
Then I came to the realization that I do have access to more than
24 hours each day because I can hire a few hours here and there
from other people who, coincidentally:
-- can do things I'm not good at
-- like doing what I don't like to do
-- can do things much quicker than I ever could dream of doing them
-- don't mind showing me what I'm missing that could make me
more money.
These people are called employees if you hire them full time and
control their hours and place of work.
Or they're called outsourced workers if you only have them work
part time and let them call the shots as to when and where they
work.
Having employees is great if you're a big company like Microsoft or
Google or PayPal or Walmart or many other companies that need
people to be at a certain place and at a certain time each day.
But if you only want things done quickly and well, and don't want
to worry about paying payroll taxes and fringe benefits and all
that, and don't want to commit to hiring someone on a long term
basis, outsourcing is the way to go.
If I had employees (which I don't anymore), it would cost me
probably an average of $3000+ a month each, even if they spent
most of their time doing nothing productive.
You can outsource a task on Fiverr for $5, get something done
quickly, and never use that person again if you don't want to.
You can outsource almost anything that you can explain how to do.
At the ultimate, you can even have someone else manage all the
outsourcing for you, so that you can do whatever you want, living
the famous "four hour work week".
I'm not at that point yet, and don't intend to be, but it's nice to
know that it's possible, and that the world won't come to an end if
at some point I really have to or want to slow down.
But here's the thing, going from a "have to do everything myself"
to a "let someone else do anything I can describe that I don't
really, really love doing myself" mentality took me a long time to
adjust to.
Now I don't think I could ever go back to the old way, and have
just published a book that helps others get started with
outsourcers.

I think I'm sort of uniquely qualified to teach this subject
because not only do I outsource a lot now, but in a "past life" I
was a freelancer (for 8 years), and others outsourced jobs to me.
So I think I can help you lessen the burden on your working life
without asking you to take on a financial burden that will stress
you out.
Pick up my book at the early reader discount price now and see what
you think:

Years ago I would labor days over creating a header graphic and it
would really look ugly.
Years ago I would do all my own writing, no matter how dull and
mundane it would be, until I realized that I could get a hundred
articles written for a few dollars each and be doing something that
produced thousands of dollars instead, like writing something
that required my own creativity and passion.
Years ago I worked from dawn until the wee hours and flopped into
bed exhausted, with little to show for it in the bank account.
I can't imagine going back to doing all that myself again.
I do still draw the line at letting others access confidential
information, but other than that, I love being able to get away and
relax by the ocean, rather than working from dawn to the wee hours.
I still work more hours than I need to, I guess, because I love
doing my own customer support, and I love writing my own emails
to send to you, like this one. But the thing is, I get a heck of
a lot more done that brings in money that I did even 2 years ago,
due to the tasks that I let someone else do for me.
I think you'll like my book, even if you're already doing some
outsourcing but not as much as you could:

Have a spectacular day.

P.S. The initial discounted price is not going to be around for
long, nor will the 6 extra bonuses. After the initial launch
period, they both go away.

======== Final Note From Marlon =============
Literally, I had to twist Dennis' arm into giving me the
price on this his own customers got.
That price ends Friday. No bull.
