This email is for the man or woman who wants
to go full time by building a full-blown digital
products sales machine.
I remember when I had a job working deep nights.
I'd *think* I had been at work 7 hours. Look
at my watch in horror to discover I had only
been there 1 hour.
Literally, I lost a lot of hair working at that
job. I could see it landing on the desk I was
chained to by a chord and a phone.
So I started a business part time, on the side.
I sold a little booklet about buying cars at
auctions.
I didn't know much about marketing. So it
never dawned on me to ask if there was anything
they'd buy AFTER that. lol.
See, applied knowledge is power. Having
knowledge alone does nothing. But if you apply
it, that's powerful.
So I applied what little knowledge I had and
built a small break-even business. But you
know what? It taught me something.
It taught me that I COULD make sales.
One of the fears in starting a business is
"wasting time." "I don't want to do waste
my time.
But looking back, that time wasn't wasted.
I learned what not to do. And I learned I
could sell things.
Key One: What you've been doing isn't working
and probably isn't likely to work
You've got to build out a digital products
sales machine that purrs, hums and delivers
sales to you like clockwork.
This is the path.
The only path.
If you don't know your target market, if
you haven't nailed your introductory offer,
if you don't have your sales copy bangin',
if you don't know how to get traffic and
reach your potential buyers, if you don't
have your "back end" repeat business in
place, when will you?
If you keep doing what you've been doing,
you'll get the results you've been getting.
12 months from now nothing will change.
Things only change, when you change.
You must make a change or nothing will
change. Would you agree with that?
Key Two: Why Now?
The economy is roaring.
There are no huge, massive world wars.
Hitler is dead. Mussolini is dead.
There is no Vietnam.
It's faster, simple and easier to do this
than ever. You have software, tools and
outsourcers.
There is no better time. Right now. Today.
That's the time. The opportunity is in front
of your nose.
Now is the time to start before some
bonehead country launches us into WW III.
You want to have your list, your tribe your
herd locked in when that happens.
Winter is coming. You're not growing younger.
If not now, when?
Key three: Why the digital products sales
machine business?
If you start an agency, you have to deal with
clients. Do you really want to?
If you do ecomm, you don't have the potential
for a coaching program. Facebook has cracked
down on dropshipping. Amazon is knocking off
successful products themselves.
The digital products business is tested and
proven.
You can create a product tonight and have
sales deposited in your Paypal tomorrow and
suck 'em out with a debit card.
You don't have to be on the hook for products
that won't sell. Or deal with angry customers
who are waiting for their shipment to show up
from China.
You start out with promo methods that don't
require spending money on advertising.
Over time you can build a brand.
Key four: Why me?
I sold 42,000+ products through my Amember
account. But the other day I added in my
sales on Infusion and that brought sales up
to 70,000.
And we aren't counting maybe another 20,000
sales or 30,000 before I was on Amember.
In short, I've been doing this full time
since 1997. And not just selling a piddly
product here or there.
I've run this business through good times
and bad, through feast and famine, through
recession and inflation.
I've been there and done that.
Here are the 3 secrets:
1. You must take action before you're ready
The #1 thing I see about people is they
keep getting ready to get ready. Probably
because they're concerned about wasting
time.
The lights will never be all green before
you leave home.
Think of it like stairs. Each little step
you take leads you to the next one.
I had no idea what I was doing in that
business. But it did lead to the next
thing and the next.
2. When you're looking for an excuse,
one is as good as another.
"I can't start my own business. My
socks are purple."
You might as well say that.
It's just as honest as any other excuse
you come up with.
For every excuse a person has, there
are dozens of stories of people who
had the same problem and somehow,
some way found a way around, over,
under or through it.
"I don't have time"
"I don't have money"
"I don't have any credentials"
"I don't have any ideas"
"I'm not creative"
The only real excuse is:
"I haven't committed."
When you commit, you find a way
around, through, under or over.
Your creativity and human ingenuity
kicks in.
From what I've learned the #1 thing
that keeps people from starting is
the lack of belief in themselves that
they can do it.
But the ONLY way you get confidence
is from practice and doing it. There
is no other way.
If you never do anything, you won't
feel confident.
Yeah, I get it. You've tried this,
that and the other and failed.
So you think it might just be you.
It's actually the process you used.
You've got to have the right sequence
and process.
Like if you pour eggs to cook them
BEFORE putting the pan on the oven,
it'll be a mess.
The problem isn't that you were
born a "bad egg cooker."
It's that you had the wrong sequence.
You've been thinking you're a
"bad egg" when you've been using
the wrong sequence.
The #2 thing that stops people is
not being able to figure out their
target market or what to sell.
This is a big obstacle for a lot of
people.
The solution is to follow proven
methods to figure it out. Don't
shoot in the dark.
3. You need to build a sales machine
This is the crux of the whole deal.
You have to build a sales machine.
Input + steps = output
Now part of the proper input is one
that allows you to take the right steps
so you can get the output of money
in da bank.
a. You need a product to sell
I love info products because you can
create them out of thin air in as little
as a few hours.
With my system, you can create these
faster and easier than you might imagine.
You can even use ones that have just
been thrown away by others.
There are thousands of them.
b. You need a marketing system
You gotta find people who want to buy
what you got and get your offer in front
of their eyeballs.
Affiliates, paid advertising or organic
methods fuel your sales message.
No fuel = no bank deposits
c. You need a sales system
This is sales copy and a method, whether
it's a sales page, video sales letter,
webinar or phone presentation.
You've got to get really good at this
or hire it out. I teach people to learn
to do it first yourself.
You should be able to outline the sales
copy structure in your sleep.

The risk is you spend your money and your
time and you don't make jack.
With digital products, that's hard to do.
But it happens.
This is why I've invested enormous amounts

and incredible numbers of digital products

you decide to believe in yourself.

steps to make your dreams happen.
