Re: Do you know your relative advantage?
Hey,
Marlon here.
First of all, a reminder that Ateam is tomorrow. Yahoo! Here
is what I'll be talking about....
Do you know YOUR relative advantage?
In other words, what's the advantage of your "New Idea" vs. the
alternatives? Do you know what your "New Idea" is?
You gotta have a new idea.
That's like first base. Then on top of that, you need to know the
relative advantage. How do you ARTICULATE the advantage of your
idea relative to competing ideas?
What I say IDEA, understand that all PRODUCTS and all SERVICES
are an idea. And if you don't have something new to talk about,
you're old hat.
Lisa and I are revamping tons of things in my business right now,
web sites, offers, promotions, all kinds of stuff. So I didn't
have a lot of time to write this post. But I pecked out on my
keyboard a basic way I'd articulate my relative advantage.
I need to improve on it but you'll get the gist of it:

Why don't you drop in there and try to articulate YOUR new idea and
YOUR relative advantage. Or post your thoughts about how I
articulated mine.
I have some new videos I'm working on that state it a lot more
elegantly than that. I just want to plant a seed in your mind to
ask yourself what YOUR new idea is and what your relative advantage
is.
You START there.
You START with your new idea and your relative advantage.
This is the thing about PLR -- private label rights. There's
probably not a new idea there. But you can ADD one once you
understand what new ideas are and how to inject them into your
sales process, your products, your videos, and your PDF's.
New sales.
Now and always.
For me, one of my new ideas is that ....
Oh, you'll have to wait till I finish these videos. They explain it
so much better.
Best wishes,
Marlon
