this is NOT like other events. I mean, even the sales letter is
totally chill and laid back with zero hype.

Listen, I don't know WHAT Pat's thinking but he has this thing
priced at $197. Normally, I'd NEVER speak at an event priced that
low. Just hearing me live for 90 minutes is worth more than that.

Or that's what my momma told me! But look, it's being held right
here in my home town, so why NOT speak?
