Do you find yourself getting uptight about accomplishing your
goals? Or getting easily distracted? Or looking back at your

To have self discipline, you must have a vision that drives you.
Something that you really can zero in on as a result you want.
Then Concentration -- Did you REALLY focus and concentrate
on things when you did them? Or did you halfway do them while
you multi-tasked other things?
Optimism -- Did you have a positive focus on your personal
resources, capabilities, assets, opportunities and possibilities?
Or did you let the negative news on TV, in forums and so forth
drag you down?
Relaxation -- If you're too uptight and tense about trying to
accomplish your goals, it's counter productive. The elite
performers perform in a relaxed state.
You want all the scores to be fairly equal. For example, if
your enjoyment of pursuing your goals soars a lot higher than
the other elements, then your self discipline and concentration
may fall.
The secret is to use a weekly and daily scorecard.
