Just wanted to share with you the behind-the-scenes action on
my latest product.

2. I have an autoresponder email when people buy that sends
my brothers and sisters to the blog to post.
The feedback has been AMAZING! I recommend you use this method.
When people buy your product, send them to the BLOG to post their
feedback.
3. My personal comments on blog posts have been a big hit.
I don't know how long I can keep that up. It's a lot of work.
Ummm, the latest version of Wordpress allows you to thread
comments, almost like forum posts.
But if I did that, I'm not sure I could keep up. I'd have to
hire a moderator.
4. What sucked is that my launch went off the same week as
Justin's outsourcing system for his Seo Lies system that I told
you about.
Remember when I told you to snag his Seo Lies ebook? Well, he
is selling a system that includes all the videos to outsource it
and instructions on HOW he outsources it.
I'll send an affiliate link in a day or two. Anyway, it kinda
sucked because I wanted to support Justin on the day of his
launch and couldn't.
5. I did a soft launch on this product, hoping some big super
affiliates would pick it up.
Man, everyone is launching. So that's been tough. Ryan and
Perry are emailing today. My friend @ lee-mcintyre.com emailed.
But personally read the whole product first!
He's very slow to endorse something.
I have to check to see who else has emailed. Not sure.
6. Our checkbox upsell on the order form is converting at 75% or
better. That's good.
7. The sales letter converts at 5.22% and $3.75 a click
8. I hopped on Twitter and asked who else wants to snag $3.75 a
click? Tellman Knudson popped up and is like ME!
I don't know if he emailed or not. I have to check. The problem is
guys like him have their emailings planned out quite a distance
in advance.
I didn't know WHEN we would have the product done so I didn't
line up JV's. And frankly, I HATE the whole JV setting up process
because I dislike feeling obligated to promote a product in the
future when I don't know what the product will be.
9. I've been using TWEETDECK.com. It's software you download
and use with Twitter. Life changing! Amazing.
I met Dana who has a killer product on using Twitter.
I met Doug who is a big PLR super affiliate.
I reconnected with Tom Beal from Filsaime's office.
Reconnected with Perry Belcher and so many others.
Had a great chat with Justin Brooke from Seo Lies.
Talked to my friend Kirt while he is in Ireland to speak. He
sent a pix on Twitter of how they sell beer there from vending
machines! Those Irish and their alcohol!
10. As most of you know, I got a hernia working out during
Christmas. I had a great personal trainer. But we messed up
obviously.
So now I can't work out much till I get surgery.
That means I'm sleeping like crap. So I've been slow to get
better details out on my Group Leader idea for Ockham.
The concept is you lead a DISCUSSION group. You don't have to
be an expert.
You buy pin codes for $10 each that unlock the product. And you
charge per head for the group say $10 or $20 a meeting for 6
weeks. So if your cost is 10 bucks and snag 60 to 120 per head,
it's NOT a bad gig.
I will train you to lead the discussion. I don't think it's that
huge a deal to do. I haven't tried this before.
It's an INNOVATION I'm starting. Remember WHO came up with this
idea a year or two from now. People forget quickly.
Anyway, I wish I had a few more brain cells right now. But we'll
get it worked out. I think I'll go down to the gym, get on the
treadmill, hopefully not rip my guts out and get a clear brain
to figure this out!
Hardly anyone has signed up as leaders. Guys and gals, would you
not wanna snag $700 or more for leading a 1 to 1 1/2 hour group
once a week for 6 weeks?
I think the hang up is no one feels they can get 10 people in
a discussion group?
I'm missing something. Dave Ramsey has people ALL over the U.S.
paying $129 for a kit to teach people how to budget their money.
And they make ZERO!
Basically you're just asking 10 or 12 people you know or who are
on your list to buy the product and they get the discussion group
as a freebie or close to it.
Isn't that a no brainer sell?

tool.
13. I'm interacting on Twitter and the blog. But my brothers and
sisters, PLEASE understand that even though I'm trying to be
giving of myself and support all of you with POSITIVE energy in
these crazy times, if you drop by my city I'm probably not gonna
hang out with you as a freebie.

What's in it for me?
You see what I'm saying? My brain, what I've spent a lifetime
learning, has a value.
That value is $1,000 per hour. So if you want to meet with me
and talk, it's $1,000. It's not a freebie. It's $1,000. Why?
Because this IS my business. It's what I do for a LIVING. My
brain isn't a freebie. My time isn't a freebie.
However, I am on my blog. I am on Twitter. And while I probably
won't give you an in depth analysis of your web site as a bonus,
I DO interact and try to give my brothers and sisters a lift.
Look at how much I GIVE on the blog.
Who else does that?
Honestly. What other MAJOR online marketer will talk to people
on their blog?
I ask you that.
Yet, many of you don't avail yourselves of THAT opportunity!
Truly amazing.
No one else gives as much on their blog as I do. NO ONE.
You're my brothers and sisters. I don't see this as "guru on a
pedastal" and you the little person.
We are ALL in this Game of Business together to pay our bills and
live the life we want.
But I do sell my time and information. It has a value because
I've spent a lifetime acquiring it. So yes, we can talk. But it's
$1,000.

Ockham's Razor ain't your normal ebook.
It's NOT rehashed.
It has a lot of fresh thinking in it.
