Marlon here.
I've sent you other issues of BOOM Your Business
that were PDF's.
I publish it sporadically when I'm able in order
to help you apply what you learn from me. And to
help you have a gigantic advantage in your marketer
so you can:
a. Build your list
b. Send offers
c. Get sales sooner rather than later.
I thought today I'd send it out as an email. Because
I know a lot of times PDF's get downloaded and never
read.
Todays article:
Here's my FIRST title:
A simple method that will
10X your results in marketing
-- and it costs you NOTHING
For those of you who got the RAS / SINPO upsell, here's
how washing that title with RAS / SINPO changed it:
"Why 90% of Marketers Miss This Free 10X Strategy"
That's a 25 out 30 possible points score.
Here's my other fav:
Zero Budget → 10X Marketing Power in 3 Simple Moves
That's a 23 out of 30 score.
OK, that was your "behind-the-scenes look" at how
I came up with today's article title.
let's jump in:
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Coupon of the Week
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
The coupon code is:
BOOMBIZ
Expires in 7 days.
This week's coupon is for Two Step Marketing, which
is just such an important foundational product.
The coupon code gives you 25% off and may not be used
with any other coupons.
Two-Step Marketing involves offering a freebie like a
lead magnet and then following up. It's the most
enduring marketing method as it has been working since
pre-1900.
Any business can use it. Any marketer from green newbie
to the most experienced can use it.
It pairs very nicely with the Lead Magnet Blueprint, if
you snagged the upsell to Subscribers and Cash.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Product and Promo Updates
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
1. Subscribers and Cash closed down.
2. I haven't figured out the tech yet. But I'll be
adding deadlines to the Lead Magnet Blueprint, Hooks
report and Ras Sinpo reports, which were all upsells
to Subscribers and Cash.
Meaning, if you want 'em, you better grab 'em before
I figure out the tech to make them expire automatically.
3. I had the WRONG LINK in the Hooks report and have
fixed it.
4. If you need to contact support, it's at:
http://getyoursupport.com. That link is always on my
marlonsanders.com website.
5. If you need to log in to a product, the URL is
always on Marlonsanders.com. But it's yourloginlink.com
6. The MMM on Saturday was a banger about how to become
your own guru using the Multi-Armed Bandit method. I'll
be expanding the newsletter into a full report and selling
it.
&. This week, either later today or tomorrow, I'll release
a product on Gamified Popup Opt Ins Method.
It's a gamification method that gets you a LOT more opt ins
than other methods.

Article:
Why 90% of Marketers Miss
This Free 10X Strategy
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
I'm going to give you the simplest darned method in the
world that could probably 10X your marketing results.
Yeah, that sounds like a huge claim.
But stick with me. Try it out. And I bet it works.
Maybe it 3 X's your results. Maybe 5X. Maybe 20X.
I don't know.
But I feel 100% certain it'll have a really big impact.
Here's what you do:
>> Step 1: When you buy a product from me or anyone else,
write down your SYNOPSIS notes that you can actually
act on.
For example, there's a LOT of "dense" info in my
Hooks report, Leads Blueprint Report and Ras Sinpo
report.
You can't possibly remember it all.
The same applies to Subscribers and Cash or any of
my other products.
So you condense down just the points you need
to ACT ON. You can probably copy and paste from
PDF's, transcripts and so forth.
You BOIL IT DOWN so it's actionable.
If it's videos without transcripts, you can use
otter.ai or Descript to create a transcript.
Or just uses the notes you took when you listened
to the video. Or possibly screen caps of the content.
>> Step 2: Print it out and put it in a THIN NOTEBOOK
just for THAT specific topic.
And put a label on
the notebook.
Or you can have a few related topics in say a
1/2" notebook with dividers.
For example, you can have an email notebook with
your actionable notes about writing emails.
You can have a THIN notebook just for HOOKS.
(If you got the Hooks report, you put your notes
from it on the 6 primary hooks and the sub-hooks
in the notebook")
The same thing also applies to GREAT articles you
read online, in newsletters on blogs, in emails.
Print it out and put it in a notebook on the topic.
Or, if you just don't have room, put it in a Google
Doc and reference it in a master index.
>> Step 3: Use a review system to combat the
Ebbinghaus forgetting curve
Ebbinghaus did research that shows you forget
50% of what you learn within 24 hours.
Here's the article on it:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forgetting_curve
The solution is spaced repetition:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spaced_repetition
In 1967 Paul Pimsler published a method called
the Graduated-Interval recall.
Here are the review intervals:
5 seconds, 25 seconds, 2 minutes, 10 minutes, 1 hour,
5 hours, 1 day, 5 days, 25 days, 4 months, and 2 years.
There's a systematic way of doing it using the
method by German science journalist Sebastian
Leitner.
You can read about it here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leitner_system
>> Step four: The simple method
Without going all scientific on you, I can tell
you two things:
1. Review your notes after 24 hours, a couple
times the first week and periodically after
that.
2. By having your ACTION notes in a notebook,
anytime you need to ACT on those principles,
you just grab your notebook.
Or if you don't have room, use Google docs.
I just find that printed notebooks are more
likely to be seen, remembered and used.

The BIG Difference For You:
The tale of two marketers
++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Marketer one buys stuff, watches some videos,
reads a book, downloads some PDF's.
The info gets buried on the hard drive. Or
the book sits on the shelf. But who the heck
has time to go back a month later and re-read
the whole book to remember what you forgot?
Marketer two also buys stuff, watches videos,
reads a book or downloads PDFs.
But marketer two pulls out just the stuff that
needs to be ACTED ON...assembles action notes,
prints them out...and puts them in a little
notebook with a label or in a bigger notebook
on the topic (like email) with dividers.
Marketer B makes a HABIT of actually USING
the methods and acting on it.
Marketer B has results that start building
on themselves and grows rapidly.
Marketer A keeps learning but just spins
the wheels and never gets anywhere.
a. Which marketer is more likely to act on
and actually USE the information?
b. Which marketer uses what they learn and
has skills that grow?
c. Which marketer is likely to grow more?
If you said Marketer B, we're on the same page.
Now the next question is: Currently, which
marketer are you?
++++++++++++++++++++++++++
How I Learned This The
Hard Way
++++++++++++++++++++++++++
When I read books, I take notes in hardbound
notebooks that cost around $50 each.
But what I've come to realize is I have a bunch
of these.
And it's very time consuming to look up specific
notes.
And even when I do, I have to re-read them and
re-digest the topic.
I realized that I need to take JUST the actionable
points and put them in a notebook on the topic
where I can access and use the info in a FLASH.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++
How to apply this to MY
products
++++++++++++++++++++++++++
When you buy one of my products, distill it down
to the points that are actionable FOR YOU.
The points YOU want to act on, which might be
entirely different from the points someone ELSE
wants to act on.
Step one: Print out this email.
Step two: Put it in a small notebook called
RESULTS
Step three: In that notebook put things you
learn that can get you more results by acting
on them.
Best wishes,
Marlon
