It was a dark hour.


My 3rd year working deep nights for an investment company trading options, bonds and stocks.

I lost half my hair then as is common when you work deep nights.

I got horribly sick. You can see my pix on my Facebook feed. Life on the deep nights shift.


The company forced us to reveal any outside side projects. I had a little side business that wasn't even making sales. I was making cold calls for Jay Abraham TRYING hard to make a sale.

They said I couldn't do that and so I quit.

It was so frustrating.

I had this dot matrix printer and would run these classified ads on AOL. Then send them my sales letter.

No response.

It was pathetic.

There was almost no one to learn the business from. So I took the slow, hard, arduous, painful, time consuming route.

I listened to Jay Abraham tapes until I could quote Jay better than Jay probably could.
It was a dark hour.

But I got better. Slowly but surely. I had breaks along the way. Little breakthroughs. People discount those.

Never discount your LITTLE breakthroughs. Inch by inch anything is a cinch, or so they say.

My first info products flopped horribly. As in I didn't sell ONE.

Well one day by the grace of God it all came together. I got a job as a copywriter for a famous "guru" of the day who was friends with Gary Halbert. I got a mentor trained by Thomas Hall, a famous old timer.

And then the WWW came along.

And I hit a gusher. And haven't looked back then.

I went from $2,500 in a month to $7500 in a day and regular $30,000 to $50,000 months.
And I never looked back. I don't even know how many products I've created and sold since then. At least a hundred. Probably more.

I've built what some would call an Info Empire.

I've rode the top of the famous cycle. Been at the bottom. And everywhere in between.
But one thing has been a constant. My list of customers. Through thick and thin. Through ups and downs. Through it all, my list has been there. My customers have stuck with me. And I owe so much to them.

The money is in the list. Always has been and always will be.

And don't let some smart #@$# marketer come along and say, "No dog, it's in the relationship with the list."

That's actually not so true. In the early 1900's they sent out direct mail letters and didn't have "cheap email" to send out those relationship emails.

They sent out SALES emails. And made fortunes for that day and time.

One constant with marketers is one upmanship. I can say the sky is blue and someone else will come along and try to one up the statement just to make themselves look smarter.
And in their wildest fantasy, they'll scoop off a lead or two for their deal.

But that's how IM rolls.

Anyway, there aren't many people that teach building an info empire my way.

1. Low tickets
2. Mid tickets
3. High tickets but only if you want

I've pretty much done it all.

Most people only sell 1 high end thing. Or drop you into a forever billing thing where maybe one day you'll learn enough.

I don't roll that way.

I have a class called Create Your Info Empire. I don't hold back.

It's a low 3 figure price. Very reasonable. It starts next Tuesday but I'm doing daily live streams and new content drops as pre-work.

Do you want to take the slow, arduous route like I did? More power to you if you do. It sucks. And it's slow. And it's painful.
